WISE Employment Training Services are looking for a passionate RTO Business Support Officer to join our team.
The role of RTO Business Support Officer is to provide exceptional administrative functions across accredited and non-accredited activities to support the RTO operations within our Training Services team.
The role will ensure data inputs, course activities and student records meet compliance requirements with the relevant regulatory bodies, including but not limited to, Australian Skills Quality Authority, Government Departments and National Disability Insurance Authority.
You will be responsible for providing information to all prospective customers, controlling the collecting, checking and inputting of all student enrolments and reporting all financial activity for the RTO.
The role of RTO Business Support Officer is a permanent role based in Northern Adelaide, with the option of working either a Full-time or Part-time (4 days, 0.8FTE) arrangement.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a National Crime Check, have the legal right to work in Australia, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and obtain a NDIS Worker Screening clearance prior to being offered a role with WISE Employment.
