TAE40122 | Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
I have completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) and am looking forward to building my career as a Trainer and Assessor in Australia.
Through my training, I have gained skills in planning and delivering training sessions, preparing learning materials, assessing students, providing feedback and supporting learners with different needs and learning styles. I enjoy helping people learn new skills and making learning simple, practical and engaging.
I understand the importance of creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their confidence. I am also familiar with competency-based assessment, maintaining student records and following RTO policies and procedures.
I also have a medical background, having completed my MBBS in Pakistan, and I am particularly interested in training opportunities within healthcare and related fields. However, I am also open to other training, assessment and student support roles where my skills and qualifications are suitable.
I am based in Wollongong and am available for face-to-face training in the local area, as well as online and blended training opportunities. I am especially interested in remote training and assessment roles.
I am organised, reliable, a good communicator and always willing to learn. I would love the opportunity to work with an RTO where I can use my skills, gain practical experience and continue growing as a Trainer and Assessor.
