A listing you post yourself stays live for 30 days. We email you three days before it comes off the board and again when it does, and the button on it in your postings puts it back up for another 30 days. You can also close it early once you have hired. A role we listed for you that you then claimed runs for 30 days from the day you claim it, and gets the same emails. A listing we publish through our own management console, and that nobody has claimed, has no fixed term and stays up until it is closed.
When you list the qualifications a role needs, candidates attach evidence for each one, such as parchments and industry currency declarations, and it arrives with the application instead of by email. A role with no qualifications listed does not ask for evidence, and there is no way to require a Working with Children or Vulnerable People check yet.
Yes, you can still post the role. Each listing states the qualifications required, so candidates know exactly what is expected before they apply.
A branded careers page is coming soon for Pro and Enterprise plans. Until then, every RTO gets a free public profile with its logo, description and all live roles in one place. If you are hiring at volume, contact us, and we can help you get set up sooner.
Applications arrive in your inbox the moment a candidate applies. Where you listed qualifications for the role, the evidence is attached to the application, so you can start reviewing straight away.
Not yet. The Pro and Enterprise monthly plans are not open to buy, so every RTO is on the single posting plan and posting is free. If one of the monthly plans would suit how you hire, get in touch and we will talk it through with you.
Yes. The Enterprise plan is built for multi-campus and group training organisations, with no cap on active job postings. It is not open to buy yet, so get in touch and we will work out the right setup with you.
Yes, listing a salary is optional. We recommend including pay details, since candidates are more likely to apply to roles with clear pay information.
