About the Role
Full Tilt Training is seeking a motivated and organised RTO Coordinator / Compliance Officer to join our growing training centre. This hands-on role supports the delivery of high-quality training through effective scheduling, administration, and compliance processes, helping create strong education-to-employment pathways for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules and manage student bookings
- Provide support to trainers and assessors
- Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Assist in maintaining quality training delivery and student experience
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in RTO administration or coordination (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ASQA, TAC, and RTO compliance requirements
- Proven experience using LMS and SMS systems (Cloud Assess desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Comfortable working in a growing business where team members support across all areas of the office
