The role involves delivering Certificate I and II in General Education for Adults ('Getting There') and Certificate I in Work Education and Transition Education ('Ability Me'). Candidates need a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma or higher-level qualification in Adult Education or Secondary Education, qualifications at or above the level being delivered, Victorian Working with Children Check Card, and satisfactory National Police Records Check. Experience in vocational literacy and numeracy programs, working unsupervised off-site, and engaging disengaged learners is required.
