The position requires delivering step-up and refresher training to production operators, building preventative maintenance awareness, and using digital delivery tools including tablets, VR and animations. Training focuses on excavators, dozers, graders and loaders.
Candidates need 3 years operating experience on production equipment (excavator/dozer, grader/dozer, or loader combinations), TAE40116 or TAE40110 (or part completion), RII competencies, and basic computer proficiency. Day shift only with even-time rosters, DIDO available for NSW and QLD, with accommodation and meals provided as required.
