The role requires TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110 (with TAELLN411 and TAEASS502), plus at least 3 years hospitality industry experience completed within the last two years. Must hold SITXFSA005 and SITXFSA006 units (or equivalents).
Candidates need excellent understanding of food-related legislation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and in teams, experience validating course material, attention to detail, and willingness to travel. A Class C driver licence with comprehensive insurance is required. Barista experience is desirable but not essential.
